Each of these items should be checked before printing again.

=============================

The higher the grit paper the more fine it is, for a high quality finished part you want to go at least to 1000 grit and wet sanding, although there is higher than that.

They both need to maintain their equipment, however a large print service may need to have a more regular maintenance schedule due to their machines run time.

=============================

The manufacturer’s website should have the most comprehensive information on the machines inner workings.

=============================

Moisture content will cause print issues but the most common problems with warp are poor bed surface prep and poor bed leveling.

=============================

A larger nozzle will have a higher throughput. While it sacrifices detail of the model it will allow you to print large items more quickly.

=============================

If you raise the temperature of the part too high from sanding it can cause the part to warp as it nears the glass transition temperature of the material.

=============================

Super glue will bond to specific materials well while others may not work at all. It is best to use epoxy although they are more difficult to work with than superglue.

=============================

Due to nylon having a tendency to warp under drafts, an enclosure would prevent that and keep ambient temperatures elevated to produce better prints with.
