Because it is really expensive relative to the total CLV that you capture, the door-hanger price promotion is not worth pursuing. If you simply divide the cost of the program by the number of new customers you got you will discover that each new customer costs you around $170. This is way more than any reasonable CLV. Given the cost is several times higher than the CLV you should not do it.
